Parmeshwor Dahal (Founder & Chief Executive Officer) Parmeshwor Dahal is an accomplished aviation and travel professional with over 17 years of experience in ground operations, airport services, and travel management. Beginning his career as a Customer Service Officer and advancing to Station Manager at Tribhuvan International Airport, he has built extensive expertise in operational efficiency, team leadership, and service quality. Over the years, Mr. Dahal has worked with several leading international airlines — including Silk Air, Jet Airways, SpiceJet, Malaysia Airlines, and Air India — gaining deep insight into diverse corporate environments and global standards of customer service. His strengths lie in strategic planning, staff management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and compliance with aviation regulations. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Era Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Dahal leads the organization with a clear vision of delivering professional, value-driven, and customer-centric travel experiences.
